Can I customize my order? Absolutely! Personalization is our specialty. You can choose your favorite designs, colors, and fonts to make your gear truly unique. 🎨✨

Can I place a custom order? Absolutely! We love creating custom designs just for you. There’s a one-time design/digitizing fee in addition to the cost of your chosen BCD tag or product. The best part? We keep your artwork on file, so you can easily reorder with the same design in the future.

What Size BCD Tag should I order?

Choosing the perfect size BCD tag ensures a snug fit and great visibility underwater. Here’s a simple guide to help you select the right one:

  1. Measure Your BCD Strap:

    • Use a tape measure to find the width and thickness of your BCD strap. 

  2. Standard Sizes:

    • We offer BCD tags in a3 standard sizes to fit most BCD straps:
      • Standard Jacket Style BCD (3 inches): Perfect for most standard jacket style BCD's. This is our most popular size.
      • Small Jacket BCD (2.5 inches): Ideal for compact BCD's such as the Scuba Pro Hydros, or Zeagle Zena, and other travel or lightweight models.
      • BPW (2 inches): Fits Back Plate and Wing / Harness Style BCD's with a 2" wide strap.

  3. Custom Sizes:

    • If your BCD strap doesn’t match our standard sizes, don’t worry! We can create custom-sized tags to ensure a perfect fit. Just provide us with your strap measurements when placing your order.

Where do you ship to? We ship worldwide! Whether you’re in Hawaii or halfway across the globe, we’ll get your order to you. 🌍📬

How long does shipping take? Shipping times vary based on your location. Here’s a general idea:

  • Hawaii: 3-5 business days
  • Continental US: 5-7 business days
  • International: 7-28 business days

What is your return policy? We want you to be happy with your purchase! If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to make it right. Personalized items are non-returnable/refundable due to the fact that they are customized to you specifically. However, if something is not right we’ll work with you to ensure you’re satisfied. 🥰🫶🏽
