Processing Time

Please see individual item listings for estimated production and shipping timelines. Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, most items ship within 3–5 business days, though some may take up to 12 business days.

🌍 International Shipping

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering.

Shipping Methods

We offer USPS First Class International Mail as a low-cost international shipping option. This service is uninsured, does not include delivery photos, signatures, or guaranteed delivery times, and provides limited tracking once the package leaves the United States.

Other international shipping options may be available at checkout and may include insurance or enhanced tracking. Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred shipping method.

Delivery Timeframes

International delivery times vary widely by destination and customs processing and may take 2–6 weeks or longer, especially during holidays. Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing International Packages

Once an international order has been shipped, Rinn Stitches is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or misdelivery by the carrier.

For USPS First Class International shipments:

  • This service does not include insurance

  • The sender cannot file missing mail or delivery claims once the tracking status shows “Delivered”

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the package as delivered

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Customers are responsible for contacting their local delivery service to investigate delivery issues, including misdelivery, safe-place delivery, or theft.

Assumption of Risk

By selecting an economy international shipping method, the customer acknowledges and accepts the associated risks, including limited tracking, lack of insurance, and carrier handling beyond our control.
